We love it when a party comes to town, and the grand daddy of them all is the Clipsal 500. It’s great to be part of an event like this – it’s all about big brand statements in individual company marquees and retail outlets, and how that’s complemented by quality catering and excellent service. Red Jam assists Spotless Services design and set up all retail outlets and food courts. We also manage the building of all corporate kitchens, and that’s not a small job.
In partnership with Spotless Services, Red Jam has been responsible for co-ordinating the set up of the corporate and retail catering facilities for Adelaide’s Clipsal 500. As you can imagine, this is no mean feat: the design, layout and set up of retail outlets and corporate kitchens in the middle of the parklands for the state’s largest event is a mammoth task. It’s one that takes the highest level of expertise to achieve, and a lot of experience and savvy to make a success. Gary Sinton and his team at Red Jam have these qualities in abundance, and for the last 5 years have contributed greatly to people’s enjoyment of the Adelaide Clipsal 500.
The attention to detail and behind-the-scenes work, from working with on-site engineering firms, Workplace Services, Office of Technical Regulator to management of sub-contractors, is indicative of Red Jam’s complete professionalism. Without them, we wouldn’t have been able to provide over 30,000 corporate meals, and service in excess of 160,000 general public without incident!
The Adelaide Clipsal 500 is a fantastic event, and each year we look forward to it with confidence knowing Red Jam is involved.
